Questions or complaints?
Despite all our efforts to offer you the best dental care, it could be that you are not satisfied with our services. Should this be the case, this is what you can do:
1. Always let us know about your complaint. In this way, we can see what we can do for you. Please get in touch with one of our receptionists so that she can plan an appointment for you with one of our dentists to discuss your complaint.

3. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit your complaint to the KNMT, the professional association to which this practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and us free of charge, with the aim to as yet find a solution.
4. If you are unable to resolve your complaint despite the assistance of the complaints officer, you can appeal to the Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg (Oral Care Disputes Authority) for €75. Your complaint will then be assessed by a committee of five experts.
